Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Luminance Arts will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including return and replacement shipping fees.

Return Requirements

All returned items must be in their original condition and include all accompanying accessories, complimentary gifts, original packaging, documentation, and the purchase receipt or invoice.

Returns for Personal Preferences

If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the color or style, or the item not meeting your expectations, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees associated with an exchange.
